What are the three (3) initial franchise application requirments?

1. LETTER OF INTENT

As part of the initial screening, we would like to know your intention to franchise TBC. therefore, drafting your letter of intent is part of our initial requirements.

2. FILLED-OUT CONFIDENTIAL QUESTIONNAIRE.

Similar to applying for a job, we require all the franchise applicants to submit the filled-out confidential questionnaire. The CQ will serve as your application form in pursuing a TBC Franchise. In that way, we will be able to review your financial capability to finance the entire capital investment, your past experiences in business even your personal information and with reference to check if you’re a good fit to be our next franchise partner.

3. LOCATION MAP OR TARGET LOCATION.

Ultimately, TBC is knowledgeable and well experienced in terms of choosing the right location but, you are required to list your target location that you’re interested in and any alternatives that you would consider incase of relocation.

(Rights to operate one (1) unit or single outlet)

In a Single-Unit Franchise, the franchisee is required to operate one outlet within the approved location following the radius given by the franchisor. The Franchisee must be involved in a day-to-day operation of the businessboth on the implementation as well as overseeing the team working for them.
